Flowing chocolate


Preparation of the ingredients and assembling casseroles: Remove the eggs from the refrigerator 30 minutes before use so that they are at room temperature. Finely chop the bacon and mushrooms. Preheat oven to 200 C (gas mark 7-8). Put 2 eggs in each pot and cover with cream, bacon, mushrooms and grated cheese. Salt pepper. Post your casserole dish in a water bath. Enfouner and monitor cooking (about 8-10 minutes)
