The winter postals and frostbite start in November, the first score submitted each month will be the only score that counts. juicing The 3 best scores per month will make up each team; in the case of more than one team the best scores will be split into groups of three, and submitted as Team A, Team B etc.
The Frostbite round is an outdoor one for the winter. Frostbites rounds consist of 36 arrows at 30 Metres and must be shot outside; six sighters may be shot. Frostbite teams are made up of mixed styles, with one compound archer only.
