Both fill the role of assassin jungler early game and have fairly strong ganks. Both have good counter jungle potential. Both have a gap closer/escape, a fear, and utility (shield/shaco's how many days in a year ult). Which do you think is better and why?

Noc is better at being useful. Shaco is better at running away, and chasing down low health people that managed to get away from the members how many days in a year of the team who are actually useful. So you decide. More presence in every fight and tankiness, how many days in a year or having a jungle cleanup guy?
